We offer comprehensive data management services with tools for historical information viewing. Our historical information viewer is easy to use and can display all the data points your process may require. Up to 50 points can be displayed on a single trend. These systems are available with multiple storage options such as straight to hard disks or on a NTFS disk partition. All data is stored in the Microsoft Access database format (.mdb) with the option for exporting to different formats, including HTML and Excel.

The data management systems allow for creation of personal status reports and real time viewing them over the web or network. Display options for the data points include tables and trend charts. Trend parameters are controllable and can easily be modified by the user. In addition to display and storage, our data management system also maintains a comprehensive alarm log of your refrigeration systems.

Remote Control Software

Symantec PC Anywhere is the software of choice for systems that will only have a modem connection available. For those who have a constant Internet connection both VNC and NetOP have proven to be very good choices for remote management. PC Anywhere and NetOP both allow for more than one host connection to be set up at a time, enabling you to have remote management capabilities from a computer on your company LAN while also having a remote modem connection from your home.

Data File Transfers

The HMI computer can be set up to automatically export data to CSV files at a preset interval. These files can be created in a shared directory on the HMI computer system which is accessible over your company LAN. These files can be loaded directly into Excel or another spreadsheet program from this location, or copied and saved. A LAN also enables the HMI computer to automatically back up historical information to a location on your company file server or any other shared directory on your network. PC Anywhere and NetOP can also be used to transfer files to a remote location for later viewing.

Status Report Maker

The status reports used by the HMI are basically HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) files with added codes for inserting real-time data as the HTML page is requested. The status report maker is an integrated HTML editor that has these added codes. The status report maker also lists all available data points for your application for easy report creation. When saved, a status report is saved to a database file, while at the same time a custom HTML file is created which the web server will use when the status report is requested by another application or location on a network.
